Call Return stores the number of the last incoming call and automatically dial it for you. Great for those ca Call Return will attempt to connect the call for up to 30 minutes. Call Return does not return blocked calls. Start code is *69. Stop code is *89.
Conference Calling allows you to talk with up to 20 individual callers at the same time. Call Arvig with the time and date of your meeting and Arvig will arrange your Conference Call.
Repeat Dial automatically redials the last number called from your telephone for up to 30 minutes until both your line and the called line are available. When both lines are available, you’ll hear a distinctive ring. Start code is *66. Stop code is *86.
Safety Line dials a pre-selected number if the handset is lifted and a number is not dialed within 20 seconds. (The preset number cannot be "911.")
Three-way Calling can be used to add a third person to your call
Three-Way Calling with User Transer allows the user to transfer a call to another number and then drop out of the call, leaving the other two parties connected.
Call Forward-All Calls allows you to forwards your calls to another number when you are unavailable to answer.
Call Forward-Busy forwards your calls when you are on the telephone with another call.
Call Forward-No Answer forwards your callsafter a specified number of rings when you are unable to answer.
Call Forward-Remote Access allows you to activate or deactivate your Call Forwarding from a remote location.
Call Waiting allows you to have a private conversation with one caller, while keeping another caller on hold. With Call Waiting, a beep tone tells you that a second call is waiting. Another reminder is heard 10 seconds later if the waiting call remains unanswered. (Only you hear this tone. The second caller hears only the normal ringing tone.)
Phone to Go allows your calls to simultaneously ring on up to four other numbers when callers dial your main number. Choose to have your calls ring at your home, office, cabin, cellular telephone, etc. Dial *62 and the auto-attendant will direct you through the set-up menu.
Selective Call Forwarding allows you to forward selected calls to another number and have all other calls ring at your telephone as usual. Calls originating from numbers on your “Preferred List” of up to 10 numbers are forwarded. All other calls ring at your telephone. When Call Forward, Call Forward Busy, and Call Forward No Answer are active, Selective Call Forwarding is on and all of your calls are forwarded.
Voicemail is a telephone answering machine that enables you to play, send, answer, and forward your messages from any touch-tone telephone or computer. With Voice Mail there's no need for another electronic box to sit on your table or counter!
Caller ID: Name & Number displays the name and/or telephone number of the caller on a specially equipped display telephone or other Caller ID unit. If the caller has blocked the delivery of the call, or if Caller ID is not available in the caller’s telephone network, the display screen shows “Private” or “Anonymous.” Caller ID customers also receive Anonymous Call Rejection.
Call Tracing allows you to initiate a trace on the last call you have received, simply press *57 after receiving the call.
Call Waiting ID show you who’s calling when you are on the telephone.
Distinctive Ring assigns an additional number to your telephone line. The distinctive ringing on thisadditional number allows you to identify which number is being called.
Priority Call alerts you of a call from your own “Priority Call List” of up to 10 numbers via a distinctive ring or distinctive Call Waiting tone.
Selective Call Acceptance allows you to choose to receive only calls from specific parties by entering their telephone numbers into a “selection list” of up to 10 numbers.
Selective Call Rejection gives you the ability to choose not to receive calls from specific parties by entering their telephone number into a “Screening List” of up to 10 numbers. Calls originating from those numbers will be routed to a recorded announcement stating you are not accepting calls at this time.
Vanity Number allows you to select a phone number that spells your name or a slogan, if it is available. For example, you may want a number like 346-SALE, 338-WALK or 844-MARY.
Anonymous Call Rejection prevents intentionally blocked calls from reaching you. Callers who have blocked their call with Per Call Blocking or Line Blocking will hear a message stating this number is not accepting calls from blocked lines.
Line Blocking prevents your number from being displayed to Caller ID customers on all calls made from your telephone. Line Blocking is available upon request at no charge to residential customers.
Per Call Blocking is a feature already provided on your telephone line, prevents your telephone number from being displayed to Caller ID customers on a per-call basis. Simply press *67 before placing your call.
Per Call Unblocking allows you to unblock your Line Blocked telephone line on a per-call basis so your number will be displayed to Caller ID customers. This is available to all customers who have Line Blocking. To activate this feature, press *82 before placing your call. After the call, Line Blocking will again be in effect.
Selective Toll Restriction allows you to control access to direct-dialed long distance calling from your telephone. You can enable and disable Selective Toll Restriction by dialing a two-digit access code and setting a restriction with a four- digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).
